If we design your website and made a typographical error that you may have missed, we'll go back to fix it any time in the future at no charge to you. Our largest asset is our reputation. And at Selah Studio, every customer is treated with absolute fairness.
This guarantee does not cover the changing of information that becomes naturally out-of-date. Also, if you are updating your own website and modify a page accidentally removing formatting to the page, or accidentally deleting a page, the process of fixing these types of errors is that which you will be billed to repair accordingly.
Please understand that once a website is uploaded to the domain/server, we cannot guarantee the security of this information, the up-time of the server, or back-up of files. For instance if you purchase your hosting from XYZ Hosting company and their server crashes, it is your responsibility to make a backup of your website OR you may call or Email Selah Studio to produce a backup copy on CD/DVD. Furthermore it is your responsibility as owner to monitor payments and status' of your hosting agreement for your domain. Or if you forget to pay your bill for your website hosting, you may lose your domain and your website. This is a service complaint you will need to bring to your hosting company. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee.
